Keith Butler could be on his way to the Colts.

The Indianapolis Star reported this morning that Pittsburgh Steelers linebackers coach Keith Butler was preparing to interview for the Indianapolis Colts’ defensive coordinator slot.  Now I’m hearing quite a bit of Internet chatter that Butler will, indeed, be hired by the Colts as their DC.  If true, the Colts could have a decided Steeltown flair moving forward, as Indy has reportedly pegged former Pittsburgh offensive coordinator for the same duties here.  As models for success go, a rebuilding team could pick a worse franchise to emulate than the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Of course, the same might have been said about the Indianapolis Colts before August of 2011.
