]]> According to the Indianapolis Star, the Indianapolis Colts have signed former Purdue cornerback David Pender and former Ohio State wide receiver Roy Small to the team’s practice squad.

After being waived by the Philadelphia Eagles, the Colts picked up Joique Bell off waivers. Bell is an undrafted running back from Wayne State as he also played for the Buffalo Bills.
