]]> Tony Dungy apparently thinks that the brewing “Bounty Gate,” which involves defensive players being paid for tearing up opposing offensive players, may have claimed an early high-profile player in Peyton Manning.    During a recent interview, Dungy said that he believes Manning’s current neck woes began with a 2006 by the Washington Redskins’ Phillip Daniels that ripped off the QB’s helmet and slammed his head to the ground.

This could get really ugly.   If the Colts cut Manning, is it too hard to imagine a grievance coming from the Manning camp that seeks to recoup some of those lost millions?   Not for me.
