On Sunday, the Indianapolis Colts continued to make moves, as well as making additions to their practice squad.
After releasing RB-Kerwynn Williams, the Colts claimed TE-Jack Doyle of off waivers from the Tennessee Titans. Doyle, an Indianapolis native, was selected by the Titans in May, as an undrafted free agent. Doyle attended Cathedral High School and Western Kentucky University before entering the NFL. Doyle is now the fourth tight end on the Colts’ roster, which raises concerns as to the health of starters Dwayne Allen and Coby Fleener.
The Colts also made additions to their practice squad. Indianapolis signed six players to the squad, OLB-Daniel Adongo, C-Thomas Austin, QB-Chandler Harnish, TE-Dominique Jones, LB-Josh McNary and CB-Sheldon Price.
