Hm, the Titans are always underrated. VY can run an offense, even though his arm is not like PM's. WRs are the worst in the league, but the OL (yes, without Bell and Olson, too) is one of the bests. Everyone is good at run blocking, so the RBs can run as much as they can. Chris Johnson will be a nice addition to LenDale, they are going to be one of the best thunder&lightning duos, and that's enough on the offense. And don't forget the TEs, Scaife and Crumpler are consistent targets, who VY can often use.

Al will stay, and with him and Kearse and KVB, the DL is outstanding, the best in the NFL. LBs are also good, safeties too, Griffin will develop, I only worry because of the CBs, Harper is ridicolous, and Finnegan can get beat deep, even though he can cover good receivers on short routes, and he is one ofm the best CBs against the rush.

This team can make the playoffs again, if key players don't get injured (remember, Al wasn't healthy at the end of the season too, VY wasn't either, and there were the IR-players, 7 starters from the offense, that's a number). The one thing which makes me nervous about the chances, is that the AFC South is by far the best division, every team is a playoff contender, but I don't see the Texans front of us. Sorry, if my English wans't good, I'm Hungarian, i'm still learning it.

There is a good chance the winner of the NFC South is under .500 when they win. I'm giving the division to the Saints, but the Saints are still very bad.

The Colts may have a small dropoff, but that would be because of the schedule. I think the Colts will end up having the same record. Harrison didn't play last year, so it can't get much worse for him. The depth of the Colts will be really strong because of the injuries last year, which is what will keep them going all the way to the Super Bowl.

interesting post. i will look at this a while. it's hard to nail some of this down, but you made good points to debate. it's all about moving forward in the nfl, and if you ain't, then you dropp. do the colts see harrison as a factor this year or could they be in for a droppoff as well???? they'll make the playoffs but do they have enough in the tank to go all the way again?????

I have the Redskins and Titans not making it back and the Browns with the biggest dropoff in wins. The Seahawks and Bucs aren't that good, but no one in their division will beat them out, they suck the least in their awful divisions. The Steelers didn't fix their line so they could definitely take a step back even though I don't expect it.

I like Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Grant too much to say they won't make the playoffs in the NFC.
